A favourite meat snack in Singapore! We are making it from scratch.


Mix 5-spice powder, dark and light soy sauce, fish sauce, sugar (plenty of it) into the ground meat. Spread the meat thinly onto a baking sheet.
Do it with style!

Ask for a helper if you need to...to hold the paper down. Perfect for father and daughter bonding time :)
Bake the meat in the oven at 250F for about 15 mins.

Peel off the cooked piece of meat from the baking sheet and cut it into big square pieces.

Glaze the meat with honey on both sides and bake them at 425F for another 5 mins.

All done! All smiles! Tasting time...
